At least 5 years of experience in software design and backend service development. 5+ years of hands-on experience in an object-oriented language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, or equivalent experience with C. Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Ability to communicate technical details clearly. Experience in DevOps for live services or application frameworks. Cloud services experience; Azure experience is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to software design. Passion for building reliable, well-tested services.
