MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• * 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
• languages.
• * 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products,
• and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

• * Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• * Experience with system design at scale.

• * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• * 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Guide and mentor a group of engineers working on critical projects like AI
• integrations and performance.
• * Develop solutions that enhance the survey tool's capabilities and security.
• * Improve latency and reliability on back-ends that affect Search Engineers
• experience.
• * Coordinate with multiple teams and roles to ensure seamless project delivery.
• * Communicate progress, manage expectations, and gather feedback from internal
• and external stakeholders. Influence how Search engineers gather information
• and make decisions.
