As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will collaborate closely with external logistics and importation providers and internal departments across Brown-Forman—including Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, Finance, and Customer Service—to support and optimize the supply chain management process for the Brazil local market. What You Can Expect Monitors the entire import process, from production planning and shipment to documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery to warehouses. Ensure all import procedures and documentation comply with local legislation. Coordinate timely ordering of Strip Stamps by the importer. Monitors stock transfer status in partnership with international customer service and the Brown-Forman importer. Place replenishment orders with Brazil importer Track inventory levels and requirements in Brazil; collaborate with Supply Planning to replenish stock in alignment with inventory targets, customer service goals, and transportation efficiency. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Brazil. Coordinate liquid certification process of Brazil portfolio with Brazil importerLead cost containment initiatives by continuously reviewing and improving supply chain processes. Monitor bonded warehouses copacking activities in terms of local sticker application, SS application and local gift cartons addition. Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by working directly with the Supply Chain Manager and Commercial team on forecast analysis, data loading, and monthly reviews on a back up basis. Assist the team in conducting cyclical physical inventory counts. Liaise with purchasing to secure materials avail;abilty for copackers activities. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related business field with 3 years of Supply Chain experience; or 5-7 years of combined education and experience. Must be fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written. Proven ability to work with Planning Software, Google Sheets or Excel in data management, advanced formulas, and integration with other tools (i.e. SAP (PP) or Advanced Planning and Optimization software) Demonstrated ability to understand and apply standard analytical concepts and inventory planning methodology. Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks with speed and accuracy within established timelines. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance supply chain processes and drive efficiency. Problem-solving skills with a heavy emphasis placed on the ability to diagnose and solve problems. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy within established timeframes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform and adapt in a rapidly changing environment as necessary.
