OVERVIEW

  • Quartile is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global recruiting team and help scale our hiring operations as we continue to grow. You’ll join a small but mighty team of recruiters supporting our next phase of expansion across multiple markets.
  • In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and strengthen our global talent strategy. You’ll help ensure we attract and hire exceptional people by combining data-driven insights with a genuine understanding of culture, performance, and potential. We have an exciting few quarters ahead — get ready to roll up your sleeves!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, or Marketing environments
  • Proven success building scalable recruiting strategies for international or multi-market teams
  • Experience partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring prioritization
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools — with results to show impact
  • Comfortable managing the full recruiting process end-to-end (sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offers)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and data to tell a story
  • Proficiency with ATS management, process improvement, and automation
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach — you enjoy both strategy and execution
  • A customer-service mindset that delivers a great experience for both candidates and hiring teams

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will

  • Partner with leaders to align recruiting efforts with business goals and growth plans across functions and regions
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring smooth, consistent processes from sourcing through offer
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience that reflects Quartile’s values
  • Use data and automation to streamline recruiting operations and improve speed and quality of hire
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring metrics and pipeline health
  • Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and inclusive decision-making
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping
  • Manage and optimize our recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly)
  • Partner with People Operations to ensure seamless handoff from hiring to onboarding
