  • We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A teams in the LATAM region and support key roles in the U.S. You will report to Director Talent Acquisition US and work closely with business leaders to build strong hiring strategies, use data to guide decisions, and attract top technical talent. We are looking for an individual contributor with strong partnership skills, and the ability to use AI and recruiting technology to drive results.

  • You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A roles in LATAM and support parallel hiring across the U.S., driving measurable improvements in time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and quality-of-hire.
  • You must partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership to define role requirements, build data-backed hiring plans, and execute predictive sourcing strategies.
  • You should develop diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AI sourcing tools, and advanced boolean methods.
  • You should be able to translate labor market analytics into strategy, including competitor mapping, compensation trends, supply–demand modeling, and talent availability benchmarking.
  • You must own and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication, structured interviews, and alignment with Avalara's brand and DEI objectives.
  • You should use AI recruiting technologies to improve efficiency, pipeline diversity, and predictive quality—using tools for automation, screening, talent rediscovery, and candidate engagement.
  • You must contribute to TA operational excellence through continuous improvement of interview processes, data-driven decision frameworks, DEI programs, and talent analytics dashboards.
  • Advise leaders using insights, including pipeline analytics, hiring forecasts, conversion trends, and data-driven recommendations that impact business outcomes.

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting AI-first SaaS organizations across Engineering, GTM, Product, and G&A functions.
  • Proven success recruiting highly specialized AI, ML, Data Engineering, and Applied Research roles, including experience with large language models, ML workflows, cloud ML infrastructure, and modern data ecosystems.
  • Deep technical fluency, including understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data science methodologies, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience recruiting across LATAM and U.S. markets, with strong knowledge of regional talent trends, compensation norms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise, leveraging GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, boolean logic, and specialized search platforms to engage passive talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with experience guiding senior leaders using market data, funnel insights, and hiring analytics.
  • Proven ability to incorporate AI tools into end-to-end recruiting workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • High autonomy across diverse business lines and geographies.
  • Experience with AI recruiting platforms such as Paradox, HiredScore, or BrightHire.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise ATS systems.
