- About the Role
- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the talent strategy for the Live Casino industry. You will enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen the employer brand. Your work will involve leading strategic hiring initiatives, building talent pipelines, and driving continuous improvements in talent acquisition practices across the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to shape and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead complex, strategic hiring projects while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Drive innovative sourcing initiatives using data, market insights, and modern tools to attract top talent.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, relationship management, and events.
- Collaborate with external agencies and search firms when outsourcing recruitment is required.
- Support employer branding initiatives and act as an ambassador to candidates and external partners.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to align on needs, processes, and candidate experience.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize and standardize TA practices across regions and functions.
- Mentor team members, promote best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, respectful TA culture.
- Stay informed on industry and market trends to provide insights into the competitive landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
- Proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
- Background in mass recruitment or fast-paced environments.
- Strong candidate generation skills and sound assessment capabilities.
- Experience with online research and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Jobvite is a plus).
- Previous exposure to a Product-driven organization is an advantage.
