Job Description Position Summary We are looking for a professional with great enthusiasm and engagement for a position as a Senior Tax Analyst in the Tax Planning team at Rockwell Automation in Brazil. You will be in charge of tax Reform project, responsible to study the new law and NFe technical notes, verify the impact in our operation and work closely with IT to guarantee that tax requirements are met as well with business to map process and drive the necessary changes. You’ll also be the key user for local and global projects driven either by tax or business teams, identify system adjustments needed, create documentation to IT teams and follow up on the development, test changes, create job aids and train necessary teams (end to end project life cycle). You will support the departments (sales, engineering, products, projects and others) in tax analyses that assists the structuring of our strategy and important decision-making for the business, to mitigate tax risks and ensure compliance with legislation and ancillary obligations. Your Responsibilities: Drive the Tax Reform Project changes with IT and business. Work on SAP rollouts projects, as well as tax improvements, acting as a link between the business team and the IT area. Follow up of projects with partners and backlog of calls with IT. Monitor legal updates (Federal, State and Municipal legislation ), technical notes and ancillary obligation and drive necessary changes to maintain compliance. Represent the department as a multiplier of system and process knowledge. Support the review of training materials. To be a reference for the tax team on topics related to legislation interpretation and system changes. To be a reference for the business as tax expert to support the operation. The Essentials – You will Have: Updated on Tax Reform legislation, NFe notes and related discutions. Experience as a tax key user in high complex projects involving process and system changes. Experience with Indirect taxes, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS and ISS. Experience with Withholdings, IRRF, ISS, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, INSS, CIDE. Knowledge about Ancillary obligations: SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, Block K, REINF. Update Layout: NFe, NFSe, SPEDs e REINF. SAP – table parameterization in J1BTAX related to taxes. English for spoken/verbal interaction.
