- In this role, you will work with Scrum teams and serve as the connective link
- between them, driving transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
- using systems thinking to elevate Engineering Excellence and amplify team
- outcomes - supported in partnership with the Corporate Performance Excellence
- area to strengthen vision, alignment, and value delivery to the client.
- It is important to have experience with multiple projects, agile solutions,
- practices, and tools because you will actively act at the strategic, tactical,
- and operational levels of the teams to obtain more organizational effectiveness
- and efficiency. The candidate will connect cross-functional areas and reduce
- dependency risks through agile practices and disciplined project management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Scrum Master at
ADP
- * Change management. You'll start each day identifying contexts, at the
- strategic, tactical, and operational levels, performing analysis and
- planning, executing continuous improvement strategies with the teams, and
- monitoring their results.
- * Coach/Mentoring. Coach all roles in the SDLC, aligning team focus on value
- delivery through effective Agile ceremonies.
- * Facilitate agile training focused on gaps identified in the areas of
- expertise.
- * Understand through agility metrics the best practices and be executed for
- efficiency and effectiveness of the supported teams.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED
- * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, and Flight Levels.
- * Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Nave, and DX.
- * Understanding of efficiency and effectiveness metrics.
- * Experience delivering trainings and workshops.
- * Knowledge of project management practices.
- * Experience in agile transformation.
- * Advanced English skills.
