We're hiring a full-time experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who has experience creating a full-cycle recruiting system from scratch, recruiting for technical roles such as full-stack web developers, and building a high-performing recruiting team. We're a U.S.-based recruiting agency, specializing in sourcing experienced overseas web developers or software engineers with AI experience for our clients. We recruit talents from more cost-competitive regions of the world, such as Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, India, Pakistan, The Philippines, Africa, etc., and place them in U.S. businesses. When a client onboards, we can present qualified candidates within 48 hours, not weeks. WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT 1. Specialized Talent Focus: You'll recruit AI Integrators - a hybrid role we're pioneering that combines: - Strategic AI system design capabilities - Hands-on technical implementation skills (real coding, not just no-code tools) - Business impact focus (ROI-driven automations that scale) 2. Pool-Based Recruiting Model Instead of reactive recruiting per client, you'll build and maintain a continuous pipeline of pre-vetted AI Integrators ready for immediate placement. 3. Trial-to-Leadership Path This is a trial project where we assess your ability to both execute hands-on recruiting work AND build scalable systems. Success leads to promotion to Director of Talent Acquisition with full team management authority. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Pipeline Development & Management Build Talent Pool: Develop and maintain pre-qualified AI Integrators ready for placement in clients' businesses. 2. Rapid Response Present 3 qualified candidates within 48 hours of client onboarding 3. Continuous Sourcing Keep pipeline full through proactive recruiting efforts 4. Quality Assurance Ensure all pool candidates meet our technical and cultural standards 5. End-to-End Full-Cycle Placement Process Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates' production-grade AI system capabilities 6. Cultural Assessment Match candidates to client culture and working styles 7. Interview Facilitation Guide technical interviews between candidates and clients 8. Placement Success Ensure smooth onboarding and 90-day retention 9. Systems Building & Documentation Process Development: Create repeatable systems for sourcing, screening, and placement 10. Knowledge Transfer Build comprehensive training materials for future team members 11. Performance Optimization Continuously improve efficiency metrics 12. Scalability Planning Design processes that junior recruiters can successfully execute SUCCESS METRICS & EVALUATION You'll be measured on 6 key areas: 1. Speed: Time-to-Placement After the Client Onboards 2. Placement Quality: Client Satisfaction and 90-Day Retention Rates 3. Quantity: Number of Successful Placements Per Month 4. Candidate Experience: Net Promoter Score from placed talent 5. Client Experience: How Satisfied the Client Is With the Experience and the Quality of the Placement 6. Efficiency: Hours Invested Per Successful 5-Star Placement REQUIREMENTS 1. Essential Experience - 5+ years recruiting software engineers, full-stack developers, or technical roles. - 3+ years experience building scalable recruiting processes - Proven track record maintaining candidate pipelines for rapid deployment - Client-facing experience facilitating technical interviews 2. Systems & Leadership Potential - Experience building recruiting processes from ground up - Track record of optimizing time-to-fill without sacrificing quality - Comfortable working independently while building team infrastructure 3.
