About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Senior Developer with a strong backend focus to join our production support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software, fixing bugs, and providing remote or on-site support to users.
- This role requires fluency in Spanish (primary) and intermediate English.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote or on-site user support.
- Resolve incidents efficiently through ticket management.
- Develop software and fix bugs in existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve applications.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in Java EE development.
- Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and frontend integration.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with GIT and Maven.
- SQL expertise and database modeling skills.
- Experience with messaging systems or queue managers.
- Linux scripting proficiency.
- Docker knowledge for containerization.
Additional Requirements
- Intermediate English; fluent Spanish required.
- Ability to handle on-call duties outside normal working hours when needed.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required by clients.

- A backend-oriented fullstack developer with a strong technical foundation, who can troubleshoot production issues, work collaboratively, and adapt to dynamic environments while supporting critical business operations.
