Accountabilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviors and pain points.
  • Analyze competitor products and analogous systems to inform design decisions.
  • Develop detailed user journey maps, personas, and scenarios to identify opportunities for enhanced experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Propose innovative, user-centered solutions that meet both business goals and usability standards.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, users, and analytics, maintaining high design quality.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining creative excellence.
  • 3+ years of UX design experience, ideally in agencies or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and measurable impact.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Proficient in user journey mapping, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile methodologies.
  • Languages: English B2 minimum, Spanish C1 minimum.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Capacity to quickly sketch and ideate beyond traditional UX deliverables.
  • Relevant academic background or certifications in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields is a plus.
