Summary We’re looking for a Senior Growth UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of the visual and experiential design across our revenue funnel—from high-impact landing pages through checkout, upsells, and long-form sales experiences. This role blends conversion psychology with data-backed iteration, turning paid clicks into long-term, profitable customers. Role Overview • Design and deliver polished, high-fidelity flows in Figma, ready for development with clean auto-layouts and reusable components. • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and data teams to launch and optimize weekly experiments that lift performance. Why This Role Matters We’re shifting from a slower monthly cadence to a fast, weekly testing cycle. To keep up, we need a senior designer who thrives in rapid experimentation, learning, and scaling what works. Key Responsibilities • Design & iterate: Build landing pages, quiz funnels, lead-gen modals, checkout flows, upsell/downsell experiences, and persuasive sales pages directly in Figma—handing off dev-ready files in “Dev Mode.” • Persuasion by design: Integrate urgency, scarcity, social proof, and other direct-response principles into every touchpoint. • Systemize marketing design: Establish and maintain a flexible design system so new campaigns can launch in hours instead of days. Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years designing and optimizing high-traffic growth funnels. • Deep expertise in Figma (auto-layout, variables, prototyping). • Strong understanding of front-end concepts (React components, CSS, responsive constraints) to streamline collaboration with developers. Bonus Points If You Have • Motion design skills to add subtle, conversion-focused interactions. • Experience working within regulated industries (finance, health, etc.). • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as ADA or GDPR compliance.
