We’re a fast-growing beauty brand in LATAM seeking a Senior Video Editor with proven experience in VSLs, product videos, and UGC edits for performance ads. You’ll create high-converting videos that capture attention fast and retain viewers — from storytelling-based VSLs (60–180s) to polished UGC and product demos. Requirements: Strong portfolio in VSLs and e-commerce ads. Skilled in Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus). Understanding of retention tactics, hooks, pacing, and CTR optimization. Fluent in Spanish (Mexican Spanish preferred). Independent, detail-oriented, and fast turnaround. Nice to have: Beauty/e-commerce experience. Compensation: Monthly base + performance bonuses for top-performing videos.
