  • 🎯 Your Role
  • As a SEO Account Manager (Client Success), you’ll own the client relationship end-to-end, ensuring that strategy, delivery, and communication align perfectly to drive results.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, operations, and content teams to translate data and performance insights into actionable next steps. Your mission: ensure every client sees clear ROI, feels supported, and views the company as a long-term growth partner.

🧩 You’ll

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Translate goals into actionable strategies with clear success metrics
  • Monitor SEO performance and campaign health via data dashboards
  • Coordinate deliverables and timelines across teams for seamless execution
  • Lead regular performance reviews and client presentations
  • Proactively identify upsell or expansion opportunities
  • Maintain transparent documentation through Notion, Asana, and Slack

💼 You Bring

  • 8–10+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience as an SEO strategist and promoted to an SEO Account Manager handling US based companies
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Data fluency: able to interpret metrics and tell a compelling story
  • Experience as an account manager handling top accounts
  • High ownership mindset and bias toward action
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
