I am seeking an experienced and reliable SEO specialist to manage the ongoing SEO and SERP performance of my Australian website. My main goal is to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and ultimately drive more qualified leads/sales from search engines. Industry: Automotive, or more specifically, “GPS Tracking” Target Audience: Both personal and B2B. Parents of teen drivers, outdoor enthusiasts, owners of valuable assets, logistics and transportation companies, fleet management, rental companies, government and public sector industries (buses), supply chain monitoring, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Off-Page SEO/Link Building: Build quality links from industry specific websites, with a focus on Australian (.com.au) domains. If you have a list of junk PBNs or Fiverr links, I do not care for them. Do not spam random directories either. If you apply with a guarantee of 100 backlinks, you will be blocked. You will need to perform a competitor backlink analysis and monitor their profiles for opportunities. If we get toxic links, disavow them, etc. Keyword Research: Identify and target new high-impact keywords, and monitor the ranking of existing ones. On-Page Optimization: Most of the current content is optimized well (proper interlinking, meta tags, etc.), but you can also offer suggestions and insights on how to improve the site. Perhaps adding a FAQ tab to product pages, etc? Technical SEO: Address crawl errors, broken links, site speed issues, and mobile-friendliness. Most of this is fine, except the page speed can be improved. Content: I need more please! The site is only a few months old, so I need well-researched, original blog posts based on keyword research and competitor analysis. No AI-generated or spun content will be accepted. I need articles that build authority and help the site grow safely. Other: Any general SEO work that you think will help the site. I also need you to provide weekly plans and updates on the site performance. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMRush/Moz. I’ve used all 3 in the past, so I know the gist of it, but you should be the expert. - Understanding of white-hat SEO practices only (no spammy tactics). - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. - Proven experience with good results. Please provide examples. If you have worked in the automotive industry before, this will be advantageous, but not a requirement. - You need to know how to use WordPress and Elementor. - You need to genuinely understand the industry. If you can’t wrap your head around it, then this is not for you. I say this because some people simply don’t understand what this industry is about. BUDGET / MORE: I am open to hourly contracts, where you can log your work weekly, but there will be weekly caps. I am only interested in spending up to $200/week. This is a long-term contract because SEO takes time. If I see commitment and quality, the contract will remain open. If I see sloppy work such as broken links on blog pages, spelling mistakes in meta descriptions, or low-quality backlinks, the contract will end. If you are shortlisted, I will send you the website to review. If it’s not for you, that’s completely fine. In terms of social media, I may hire another freelancer who specialises in this unless you have a better idea.
