- Perform service and spare part quotations in a high demanding;
- Provide professional administrative support to Service Team;
- Maintain customer database updated;
- Administer the phone call for the Latin America Hotline while service engineers are in the field;
- Internally support customer information for a smooth invoice routine;
- Ensure the customer satisfaction with back-office support;
- Support with NPS score (Satisfaction Survey);
- Support with stock organization;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Service coordinator.
- Graduation in business administration or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative Service, sales and marketing support position, preferably in a high-volume, high-tech setting.
- Knowledge of English language (speaking and writing) mandatory;
- Knowledge of Spanish language (speaking and writing) is a differential;
- Ability to sell remotely services contracts;
- Strong software experience such as MS Office (Excel is a differential), Sales Force, Microsiga;
- Ability to communicate deal effectively within all levels of the organization, both internal and external customers professionally;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Must possess above average organizational skills and be accurate and detail oriented;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, more than one priority at a time.
