Team Leader - Service Team Coordinator

Job description

This position is to work based in the client's site based in Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro. The professionals has to have willingness to travel locally and internationally for service assignments.

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Supervise complex service tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Act as a liaison between the service team and management, providing updates and regular reports.
• Work withing HSE standart rules.

Job requirements

• Advanced English proficiency;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
• Previous experience in a similar position;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings - proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D program;;
• Profiency in dealing with field signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, Hart, relay outputs, PT-100) and industrial network protocols;
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, Electric Motors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic and Safety Valves, Load Cell Functionality/Calibration, Pressure and Temperature Sensor Functionality/Calibration, Piston Pumps with Fixed and Variable Displacement, Hydraulic Motors with Fixed or Variable Displacement, Electric Motors;
• Familiarity of Siemens PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500) and industrial network protocols.
