- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Consultant in ServiceNow to join our team with solid expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery HRSD and Core Business Workflows.
- This role is ideal for professionals who combine hands on technical implementation skills with a deep understanding of HR processes and services.
- As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will Design and deliver ServiceNow HRSD and Core Business Workflow solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with best practices
- Configure, script, and customize ServiceNow functionalities to meet client specific needs, ensuring tested and validated solutions
- Guide customers in adopting and optimizing HR services, providing advisory on process improvements Implement and maintain high volume data integrations with ServiceNow, ensuring performance, security, and compliance
- Leverage JavaScript and React to enhance Service Portal and Employee Center experiences
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and consultants to ensure successful solution delivery and business value realization
- Focus Areas: HRSD covering HR case management, onboarding, lifecycle events, knowledge, and employee experience
- Core Business Workflows extending ServiceNow to manage and optimize enterprise wide processes beyond IT Integrations with high volume secure and scalable data exchanges with ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center covering customization and optimization to deliver intuitive and engaging employee experiences

- Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Required Advanced English verbal and written
- Solid ServiceNow expertise with HRSD and Core Business Workflows
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and services such as case management, onboarding, lifecycle events and knowledge
- Proven experience with high volume data integrations with ServiceNow
- Solid development skills in JavaScript and React
- Strong knowledge of Service Portal and Employee Center Desired Knowledge of competitive HR products including SAP SuccessFactors and Workday Broader exposure to other ServiceNow products beyond HRSD
- ServiceNow Certifications desired
- CSA Certified System Administrator
- CAD Certified Application Developer
- CIS HRSD Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
