Partner with the best Be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. As a Services Specialist, you will be responsible for: Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations. Assuring the service is executed in a timely manner in accordance with the customer's schedule and contractual commitments. Supporting Site Leads in the execution of projects and update installation documentation. Identifying problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems for project/service success while monitoring site safety. Completing standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements in a timely manner. Driving customer satisfaction through commitment to quality supporting growth initiatives of the business. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Required Qualifications An B.S. or technical degree in Mechanic or Electrical/Automation; Experience in utilizing hand tools on machinery in a production environment; Experience with instrumentation – sensors installation, loop tests; To be available to travel always then needed to attend customers in other states/location, including short notice assignments; The ability to work independently. Solid problem-solving skills Advanced English; Desired Qualifications and Soft Skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; Spanish Intermediate level Knowledge in Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products, like 3500 and Orbit60 Racks, System 1 Evo; Basic knowledge in machinery diagnostics.
