Our team handles strategy and content direction; we are looking for a skilled creative partner to bring our short-form video content to life in post-production. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Creative Video Editor for a long-term freelance relationship. You will begin on a per-project basis, with the opportunity to transition into a monthly retainer as our roster of health and wellness clients continues to grow. The Vibe: We need someone who understands how to edit for health-focused brands in the U.S. market. This is not flashy editing for the sake of trends alone—you should know how to balance clarity, credibility, and engagement. You aren’t just cutting clips; you are shaping stories that build trust, authority, and conversion. Clean visuals, strong pacing, and attention to detail are essential. What You Will Do - Edit Vertical Content: Turn raw 4K footage into engaging 15–60 second clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. - Enhance the Visuals: Add dynamic captions (Hormozi-style), motion graphics, b-roll, zooms, and sound effects that support clarity and retention. - Sync to Music: Select appropriate trending or brand-safe audio and edit with intentional pacing. - Turnaround: Deliver edits within 24–48 hours of receiving files. Requirements - Portfolio: You MUST provide a link to short-form vertical videos you have edited (preferably for brands, creators, or agencies). - Software: Proficient in CapCut (Desktop), Eleven Labs, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and AI UGC platforms - Communication: Must be responsive and fluent in English (strong caption accuracy is critical). - Attention to Detail: Comfortable editing content related to health, wellness, and education while maintaining professionalism and compliance-friendly visuals. Growth Opportunity: This is a “ground-floor” opportunity. As we scale to 50+ videos per month, high-performing editors will be considered for a monthly retainer position (part-time or full-time).
