Project Scope – High-End Custom PDF/ Brochure/Company Showcase/- Do not Use Template. PLEASE READ FULL DISCRIPTION CAREFULLY! We are seeking a professional designer to transform our existing Word document into a high-end, fully custom PDF brochure from ground up that we can send to clients. This project requires premium design quality, not a simple export or quick layout. What We Need: Complete Redesign & Professional Layout Convert our current Word document (content + images) into a visually stunning, multi-page PDF document Each page must be beautiful, modern, and high-end, with strong visual hierarchy and polished typography. ***The layout MUST be clean, engaging, and easy to read, with no cluttered text or basic templates. High-End Visual Style EVERY PAGE style should feel luxury, premium, and corporate. ***Acceptable color palettes include black, dark tones, charcoal, matte shades, and gold accents. Open to creative direction and suggestions that enhance the final aesthetic. We are not matching our current website colors—our website is being redesigned --DO NOT USE WEBSITE AS REFRENCE!! Image Enhancement & Integration Modify and enhance all provided images so they fit naturally into the design. Adjust color, lighting, cropping, and placement for a clean, high-end look. Use images strategically to build trust and visual appeal. Content Integration All text, images, reviews, and additional materials from our Word document and Google Drive folder must be included. Improve readability, spacing, and alignment throughout. Deliverable A final, ready-to-send, high end high quality PDF. Multi-page PDF Document with a cohesive look and strong visual flow. A product that creates a “wow” effect and persuades clients to choose our company. Reference Material We will provide: The Word document containing content and images. ( only as a light reference) A few sample PDF pages solely as style inspiration. A Google Drive folder with all images and materials. Important Notes This must be a custom design, do NOT use a template. The final result should look like a polished, high-end marketing brochure/ PDF document used by top-tier service companies.
