- The role you’ll play
- You’ll be the strategic partner and biggest cheerleader for the small business studios in our ClassPass network. From fitness founders to wellness entrepreneurs, you’ll empower them to thrive by unlocking the full value of ClassPass. Your work will directly impact how our partners grow, retain clients, and show up in their local communities.
- Manage a dynamic book of ClassPass partners, supporting their success through regular check-ins, tailored insights, and thoughtful guidance
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with business owners and managers by becoming a trusted advisor and growth partner
- Identify opportunities to improve studio performance, optimize inventory, and increase exposure across ClassPass channels
- Lead adoption of new ClassPass products and features to help partners expand their reach and impact
- Drive strong partner retention through proactive, high-touch support and creative problem solving
- Analyze trends, share data-driven insights, and deliver clear, actionable performance reports to studio partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to champion partner needs and uncover smart solutions
- Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and innovation
- Experience you bring
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, business development, or B2B sales
- A proactive, consultative approach with a strong track record of building relationships and driving results
- Comfortable managing a high-volume, fast-paced book of business with evolving priorities
- Skilled in using data and reporting to tell a clear story and influence outcomes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at juggling multiple projects with care
- Naturally curious and eager to learn—especially about the wellness and fitness industries
- Thrives in a collaborative environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged
- A positive, solution-first mindset with a passion for supporting small businesses
