We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Assistant to help us with digital networking on Twitter and LinkedIn. A little bit about us: At Walker Media, we believe great work leads to great lives. If you’re a freelancer who loves controlling your schedule but wants a consistent stream of work with a high-performing team, you’ll enjoy partnering with us. This is a part-time, remote, and flexible freelance position. You’ll follow a clearly defined system to help grow the personal brand of our founder by engaging with our ideal audience across Twitter/X and LinkedIn. No content creation is required (just focused execution of our digital networking strategy). What You’ll Do: - Log into our Twitter and LinkedIn accounts daily (Monday–Friday for a total of 2 hours, at anytime between the hours of 10 am EST to 3 pm EST) to engage with our target audience - Follow our SOP to identify and interact with business professionals in marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship, and related industries - Engage with 50+ accounts per day across both platforms using our proven approach - Respond to comments and direct messages within the required timeframe - Use prewritten scripts and clear engagement rules (no creative writing involved) What We’re Looking For: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely - Comfortable using Twitter and LinkedIn - Reliable and consistent; you meet deadlines and communicate clearly - Able to work independently with minimal oversight - Bonus: Experience supporting personal brands on LinkedIn and Twitter/X Who You Are: - You’re consistent and pride yourself on precision - You enjoy following well-documented systems and step-by-step processes - You want freelance freedom with the reliability of ongoing work - You’re dependable, organized, and easy to work with Why Work With Us: - Long-term, part-time freelance opportunity - Flexible hours — work on your own time, just meet the daily and weekly targets - Fair compensation — paid bi-weekly, based on consistent delivery - Clear systems, fast communication, and zero micromanagement - A supportive team that values your consistency and reliability Compensation: - $400/month for approximately 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, anytime between 10am EST and 3pm EST .
