Job Responsibilities

Content Planning & Execution

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging content for regional social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), ensuring alignment with brand tone and audience appeal.
  • Craft high-engagement content strategies by integrating local culture, trends, and timely topics to boost brand visibility and user engagement.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and optimize official social media accounts; regularly review performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers to maintain a strong brand presence and respond promptly to comments and direct messages to enhance user loyalty.

Campaign Planning & Influencer Collaboration

  • Plan and execute online social media campaigns (e.g., challenges, livestreams, influencer partnerships) to drive user growth and conversion.
  • Build and maintain a network of external partners (e.g., influencers, content creators, agencies) to enhance communication reach and impact.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor social media metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates), generate regular performance reports, and propose actionable optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; international education experience is a plus. Must be fluent in the local language and capable of professional communication in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with preference for those experienced in local markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of local social media platforms and user behavior, with a track record of successful content initiatives.
  • Experience in influencer partnerships or campaign planning is preferred.
  • Strong copywriting skills, capable of independently creating compelling content in the local language (required); English content creation is a plus.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva) or video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics), with the ability to drive decisions through data.
  • Strong local market insights, with the ability to quickly identify trends and translate them into content opportunities.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
