We're looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy person to help grow and manage my personal/brand presence on Instagram and potentially other platforms. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves scripting content, video editing, strategizing for growth, and turning ideas into engaging, client-attracting content. • Script, plan, and post engaging Instagram Reels • Edit videos with simple, clean, engaging cuts (e.g., subtitles, jump cuts, filters) • Create templates for specific types of content (e.g. tips, testimonials, case studies, quotes) • Organize and schedule posts • Maintain a content calendar with relevant themes and posting consistency • Develop and execute a content strategy to grow followers, engagement, and reach • Research trends, hashtags, and formats that align with our goals • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance • Suggest creative ways to promote services or products through Instagram • Create a marketing strategy/ campaign MUST SPEAK ENGLISH & PORTUGUES
