Social Media Manager (Full-Time) We’re looking for an exceptionally talented, highly organized Social Media Manager to take our content and community to the next level. If you live on social, know all the trends in the US and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Content Strategy & Creative Direction Own our weekly content calendar across all platforms Write high-impact, on-brand ideas and copies for posts, ads, carousels, reels, and stories Lead creative strategy and bring fresh, on-trend ideas to the table Work closely with our in-house creative team to concept and produce standout AI-powered content Maintain a consistent brand voice while evolving our brand presence Manage scheduling + posting across IG, TikTok, X Coordinate asset delivery with the team Ensure all content is optimized per platform (format, timing, captions, hashtags, etc.) Community & Engagement: Respond to all comments on posts and ads Maintain a fun, positive community vibe Drive engagement by jumping on trends, sound clips, memes, and timely culture moments Monitor DMs, social mentions, and user-created content (UGC) Project Leadership: Keep everyone aligned with deadlines, briefs, and priorities Communicate clearly, proactively, and reliably Own performance analytics and continuously iterate to improve results Who We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in social media management Proven track record of growing accounts fast with quality content Deep understanding of AI content, visual trends, filters, transitions, and viral mechanics Strong writing & storytelling skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable, hard-working, and unafraid of fast-paced environments Obsessed with social platforms and trend cycles Your application begins with the word 'Raspberry' so we know you've actually read this Comfortable giving creative direction and pushing for excellence Experience at a startup, creator brand, or similar high-growth environment is a huge plus If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
