Now, we’re looking for a Video Editor to help us elevate our brand through captivating short-form video content that inspires, educates, and converts. Job Summary We’re seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with a strong eye for storytelling and experience producing high-performing short-form content. This person will bring ideas to life through video from concept and script to editing and post-production. You’ll collaborate with our leadership and marketing teams to craft visually engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and drives growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Core Responsibilities - Edit & Produce Video Content: Create high-quality, scroll-stopping short-form videos optimized for each platform. - Creative Storytelling: Transform scripts and raw footage into compelling stories using dynamic pacing, transitions, captions, and sound design. - Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on creative direction, tone, and brand messaging. - Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on viral video trends, editing techniques, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. - Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and refine editing styles and formats to boost engagement and retention. - Visual Consistency: Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all videos to strengthen brand identity. Must-Haves - 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor or Content Creator, ideally within a marketing or creative agency setting. - Advanced editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. - Proven experience creating engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn. - Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing. - Ability to work with raw footage, add motion graphics, captions, and sound effects to enhance impact. - Excellent communication and project management skills, organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Nice-to-Haves - Experience working with B2B brands, agencies, or personal brands. - Basic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools like OpusClip, Descript, or Synthesia.
