We’re a coaching and education brand helping experts grow successful online businesses (primarily women). Our content is the heartbeat of our brand, and we’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to bring it to life across platforms and execute a content strategy with excellence. You’ll work closely with our team to plan, edit, and publish content that feels authentic, beautiful, and consistent. Role Responsibilities: - Create & schedule content on social media designed to convert to leads & sales - Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) in CapCut or Descript - Repurpose long-form content (emails, trainings, videos) into short, engaging posts and captions - Write or polish captions and hooks (AI tools and examples provided) - Create Canva graphics, carousel slides, and story templates that match brand style - Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms - Format and schedule emails in Go High Level - Build and test landing pages and checkout pages in Go High Level, Kajabi, or Thrivecart - Maintain and QA funnels or automations when needed - Coordinate with the team to align posts with launches, campaigns, and content calendars - Communicate daily in Slack and attend short weekly check-ins to plan and review content Requirements: - Excellent English writing and communication skills - Proven experience creating or editing clean, high-converting videos for social media - Strong understanding of modern social media culture (especially Instagram) - Proficient with Canva, Google Drive, ClickUp, and social media tools - Tech-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and organized - Proactive communicator who takes initiative and moves fast Details: - 15–25 hrs/week (flexible) - Long-term remote position - Pay: $500–$700/month USD - Room to grow within the company How to Apply: Please send: - A short Loom video (2–5 minutes) introducing yourself and showing examples of your past work (social posts, videos, or graphics) - A short description of your experience and why you think you’d be a great fit for this role - Links to any social accounts you’ve managed or helped with (if available)
