• Job Description
• We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead Visa’s presence across social platforms in Brazil. This role is responsible for developing and executing content, engagement, and growth strategies aligned with business objectives and Visa’s global brand identity.
• The professional will work closely with marketing, communications, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure message consistency, innovation, and cultural relevance in social campaigns.
• This manager will also work closely with our clients (issuers) developing social projects and campaigns for them.
• This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
• Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
• • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
• • Proven experience managing large brands or working in advertising agencies.
• • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and analytics/monitoring tools.
• • Leadership skills, project management capabilities, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
