MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• * 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
• languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript), or 1 year of experience with an
• advanced degree.
• * Experience with Programming and Debugging.
• * Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local
• stakeholders in this customer-facing role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

• * 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• * Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines, integration tests,
• documentation and reliability monitoring and alerting.
• * Experience with solving complex technical problems, and owning projects from
• concept to launch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Participate in design, independently implement, and own the software
• solutions that will speed up Search experimentation.
• * Work directly on Search and influence how their engineers gather information
• and make decisions.
• * Improve latency and reliability on backends that affect Search Engineers
• experience.
• * Coordinate with multiple teams and roles to ensure seamless project delivery.
• * Communicate progress, and manage expectations.
