Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Conversational AI with expertise in Google Dialogflow and Python. The ideal candidate will design, guide, and oversee the development of intelligent bots and automation workflows, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing conversational solutions across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and oversee the development of conversational agents using Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • Define intents, entities, contexts, fulfillment, and multi-turn flows, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Guide backend service and integration development using Python (Flask, FastAPI, etc.) with APIs, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Advise on and implement advanced conversational features: event handling, slot-filling, rich responses, and voice interactions.
  • Optimize NLP/NLU models, training data, and bot performance for accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead integrations with Google CCAI, telephony systems (IVR, Twilio, Genesys), or contact center platforms.
  • Establish standards for automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring of conversational solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, and business teams to define requirements, ensure seamless user experience, and drive continuous improvement.



Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and delivering solutions with Google Dialogflow ES/CX (4+ years).
  • Strong Python expertise; experience with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
  • Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure a plus) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, system design, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google CCAI, Vertex AI, or large-scale contact center platforms.
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and NLP model deployment.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js for middleware or frontend integrations.
  • Experience with analytics and monitoring tools for conversational AI (Dialogflow CX Insights, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Prior work on IVR systems, voice bots, or multi-channel conversational architectures.
