- Role Overview
- We are seeking a Solutions Integration Expert who bridges the gap between complex external systems and our conversational AI platform. In this role, you will lead the design and prototyping of high-value technical solutions, focusing heavily on integrating our technology with third-party ecosystems.
- This is a high-impact technical role requiring deep backend expertise. You will focus on building robust proofs of concept and functional prototypes that demonstrate seamless interoperability with major enterprise platforms, particularly in the Contact Center (CCaaS) space.
- Core Responsibilities
- Advanced Integrations: Architect, build, and maintain deep backend integrations with third-party enterprise systems, with a strong focus on CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms and CRM ecosystems.
- Solutions Prototyping: Rapidly design and develop functional technical prototypes to validate integration capabilities and solve complex interoperability challenges.
- Full Stack Implementation: Develop the necessary frontend interfaces and backend logic to support end-to-end integration workflows.
- Must-Have Hard Skills
- Integration Expertise: Proven mastery of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, MCPs, and microservices architecture.
- CCaaS Knowledge: Experience integrating with Contact Center platforms (or similar cloud contact centers) is a critical requirement.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong coding skills in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java.
- CRM & Enterprise Systems: Solid understanding of enterprise data models and integration patterns.
- Required Soft Skills & Languages
Language Proficiency
- Spanish: Native/Fluent (Primary requirement).
- English: Professional proficiency (Required).
- Portuguese: Strong conversational skills or ability to read/understand is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: The ability to reverse-engineer API documentation and find creative ways to make distinct systems talk to each other.
- Technical Communication: Ability to explain complex integration strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cooperation & Reporting
- Reports to: Engineering Team Lead or Software Development Manager.
- Works closely with: Solutions Engineering, DevOps, and Product Development teams.
- Focus: This role is the technical anchor for the LATAM region, ensuring our solutions can technically interface with the complex environments our partners and customers utilize.
- Formal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience in building backend integrations for Enterprise software or Contact Centers.
