Job Title: Sourcer Analyst – Exclusive PWD

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Analyst to join our recruitment team in the HR and talent acquisition sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing strategies. You will also support internal recruitment operations by assisting with sourcing, CV formatting, interview scheduling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates

• Generate interest in open roles and build a strong talent pipeline

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and collaborate with recruiters

• Focus on hard-to-fill and technical roles

• Perform market analysis and salary benchmarking

• Maintain and update internal recruitment documentation

• Assist with CV formatting and interview scheduling

Requirements

• Skilled in Boolean search techniques

• Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) systems

• Strong communication and research abilities

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for technical or niche roles

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
