Overview We are an Australian-based sourcing and procurement company currently expanding into bulk sugar supply. We are looking to source 25kg and 50kg bags of white sugar from reputable suppliers in Brazil for export to Hainan, China. We already operate an established supply chain into China supplying proteins, and we are now looking for a reliable long-term partner for sugar. Scope of Work The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Identifying Suitable Suppliers in Brazil o Medium to large-scale producers/refineries capable of supplying bulk white sugar. o Must be able to consistently support 3–4 x 20ft containers per week, with capacity to scale up. 2. Establishing Initial Contact o Reach out to shortlisted suppliers. o Introduce our company and gather key information. 3. Supplier Capability Assessment o Production capacity. o Export experience and certifications. o Lead times. o Minimum order quantities. o Packaging options (25kg & 50kg). o Quality standards. 4. Pricing & Trade Terms o Obtain quotations in FOB Brazil and CIF Hainan, China. o Confirm payment terms and available incoterms. o Understand their ordering and shipping process. 5. Report & Recommendations o Provide a structured report summarising 5–10 viable suppliers. o Include pricing tables, contact details, and highlights of strengths/risks. o Recommend best-fit supplier(s) based on cost, reliability, and capacity. Deliverables • Supplier list (5–10 companies). • Verification notes and capability assessments. • Price quotations (FOB/CIF). • Summary and recommendation report.
