Als strategischer Spezialist entwickelst du Visionen für den digitalen Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft und bringst diese bei unseren Kunden auf C-Level zur Umsetzung. Du positionierst dich als Thought Leader und Trusted Advisor und gestaltest aktiv die Workplace-Strategie unserer Kunden. Du etablierst Workplace-Initiativen bei Grosskunden und entwickelst diese eigenständig weiter. Du positionierst Microsoft Technologien für Workplace und UCC wie Microsoft 365 (insb. Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management und Microsoft Teams), Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desk als Business Enabler. Du führst Gespräche auf C-Level, verstehst deren strategische Herausforderungen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Lösungsansätze. Du gestaltest die Modern Workplace-Story gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement und bringst Marktimpulse direkt in die Entwicklung ein. Deine Skills Tiefes Verständnis für Modern Workplace Technologien und deren Business-Relevanz. Erfahrung in der strategischen Kundenentwicklung und im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern auf C-Level. 6–9 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ICT-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Workplace und/oder Cloud. Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren – vom IT-Leader bis zum CEO. Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung, ergänzt durch Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder Business Development.
