- The Strategic Partnership Lead drives bold, high-impact partnerships with Microsoft’s enterprise customers, leading strategic account planning to accelerate business growth and customer success. - Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Develop and execute dynamic customer plans aligned to priorities and growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on account strategies and drive revenue.
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior decision makers.
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver insights that shape their business strategy.
- Sales Excellence
- Position Microsoft’s vision and solutions to C-level executives, driving digital transformation.
- Create compelling business cases and presentations to influence purchase decisions.
- Competitive Knowledge
- Partner with industry experts to strengthen knowledge of trends, competitors, and customer priorities.
- Strategic Thinking
- Engage in discussions to transform customer business models and promote holistic digital strategies.
- Opportunity Management
- Identify and qualify high-impact opportunities, leveraging consultative selling and partner ecosystems.
- Qualifications
- Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 11+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR 15+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
- 10+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.
- Track record of leading strategic account planning and execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 13+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
