• About the Role
• We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant with direct hotel industry experience to support client onboarding, streamline accounting operations, and customize accounting workflows for hotel and hospitality businesses. This is a fully remote role and a key position within our growing team.
• This role requires hands-on experience working with hotel accounting systems, revenue structures, and operational reporting. Candidates without prior hotel industry accounting experience will not be considered.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support hotel client onboarding, including setup of accounting systems and workflows
• Customize and streamline accounting processes specific to hotel operations
• Manage and review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Work with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and revenue management platforms
• Ensure compliance with hospitality accounting standards and best practices
• Prepare and review hotel-specific reports (daily revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.)
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable accounting solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and client experience
• Act as a subject-matter expert for hotel accounting and financial operation

• Required Qualifications
• Senior-level accounting experience (5+ years preferred)
• Direct hotel industry accounting experience is REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of hotel accounting, including revenue, payroll, and departmental reporting
• Experience onboarding hotel clients and setting up accounting systems
• Proficiency with hotel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, M3, Opera, Maestro, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
