Accountabilities

  • Lead multiple engineering squads focused on AI Orchestration and applied AI solutions.
  • Define and execute technical strategy, roadmap, and architecture for AI-powered products.
  • Oversee development, deployment, and scaling of production-ready AI and ML systems.
  • Mentor and grow engineering leaders and teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prototype and experiment with cutting-edge AI models, frameworks, and tools to deliver impactful features.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance across AI infrastructure.
  • Promote best practices in engineering, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering leadership, including hands-on experience with LLMs, ML pipelines, and applied AI products.
  • Proven track record of shipping user-facing ML and AI-powered products at scale.
  • Strong technical architecture skills with experience in designing scalable and reliable AI systems.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and talent development capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-focused mindset and a history of driving measurable impact.
  • Experience with AI experimentation, model training, tuning, and integration into end-to-end solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, software development best practices, and modern cloud platforms.
