 - As a Sr GTM Applications Manager, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Go-to-Market systems that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will drive adoption, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration across key platforms including Salesforce, Clari, Gong, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise, enabling cross-functional teams to leverage technology for measurable business impact. You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and provide guidance on best practices while delivering high-quality tools and solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence processes across the GTM organization, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of commercial operations.
 
Accountabilities
- Define, execute, and maintain the GTM applications roadmap aligned with business objectives.
 - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify gaps, system improvements, and opportunities.
 - Manage vendor relationships, evaluate SaaS solutions, and ensure successful implementation of new platforms.
 - Administer, configure, and monitor GTM systems to maintain data integrity, uptime, and scalability.
 - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and serve as a liaison between GTM teams and IT/Engineering.
 - Develop enablement programs, training, and documentation to drive adoption of tools.
 - Monitor system performance, adoption metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
 - 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, Sales Operations, or similar roles supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
 - Deep technical expertise with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
 - Strong knowledge of system integrations, data architecture, and SaaS application management.
 - Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, vendor management, and change management initiatives.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
 - Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
 - Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and measurable outcomes.
 - Certifications in Salesforce, PMP, or relevant GTM platforms are a plus.
