Job Summary: As a Digital Account Engagement Manager, you will help build and maintain our business in the national accounts, middle markets, small group markets and specialized verticals by articulating the member journey for the Aetna Member Website and Aetna Health app. The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for assigned region(s) and or specific specialized segments and assigned accounts. The focus is on relationship building, championing the needs for the voice of the customer, owning sales demonstrations and digital strategy updates, and supporting the enterprise in meeting digital adoption goals. Responsibilities: • Updates internal and external constituents on Aetna digital capabilities to create business opportunities and/or enhance the perception and understanding of digital member journey • Responsible for representing Aetna Digital in finalist meetings and ongoing customer strategy meetings • Create collaborative partnerships with leadership across sales, account management, commercial product, sales support, CVS Caremark team, marketing, and other internal partners to align with business and customer objectives as well the digital strategy; reaches senior levels within a customer/consultant organization and tailors’ message to effectively engage senior executives • Shares relevant industry and competitive data and customer feedback within the Aetna digital organization to champion development of new product initiatives • Leadership and accountability for ensuring sales and account management teams have level of internal materials, external collateral, training, etc. to effectively promote digital tools • Responsible for supporting new and renewal plan sponsor customizations within the Aetna Health digital experience Required Qualifications: Minimum 7-9 years industry experience with complex national sales and/or client management. 3+ years of experience with Digital / Technology Products. 3+ years of presentation experience both digital and in person. Able to work across or within any time zones. Preferred Qualifications: • Passion for healthcare: A history of work in the healthcare industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world's strongest healthcare companies even stronger. • Demonstrates relationship management skill: capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization. Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect. • Powerful communication: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization. • Team leadership: Develop internal partnerships to foster effective working relations across the enterprise. • Strong presentation skills: comfortable leading product demonstrations and presenting in ongoing strategy, sales, and finalist meetings. • Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment while independently managing plan sponsor relationships. • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills. • Structured and logical thinking: the ability to identify and determine our problems and develop strategic insight for the product teams. • Previous experience in SAFe/Agile product development is helpful. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
