- Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.
- Job Description
- Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager to join its Implementation Services practice in Brazil. This role will lead the development and execution of impactful projects for Visa clients, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants.
- The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Clients, by delivering, implementing and executing projects and solutions on behalf of issuers, acquirers and merchants. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
- The Senior Manager will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of lifecycle programs, portfolio strategies, and product enhancements, ensuring measurable business impact and client satisfaction.
- This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions, optimized results and product enhancements.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to
Project Leadership
- Lead multi-functional implementation projects for financial institutions.
- Coordinate project teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Program Execution
- Design and execute customer lifecycle programs, product development initiatives, and process improvements.
- Drive payment volume, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Foster continuous improvement through data-driven feedback loops.
Operational Excellence
- Develop scalable frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
- Support standardization and enablement across the LAC region.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison across Visa’s local, regional, and global teams.
- Promote a collaborative and consistent working environment.
- This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical and business teams
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience in financial/banking product development and product management
- Demonstrated experience in project management and agile methodology frameworks
- Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up-to-date with latest market and industry analytical and digital trends.
- Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
- Experience executing commercial programs in platforms like Salesforce, SAS, Adobe, Teradata or similar. A plus if candidate has programing skills in languages like SQL, SAS, R, Python, Java and in big data environments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Solid knowledge of campaign execution and CRM results evaluation methodologies
- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
