  • Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and results-driven Mass Consumer Sr Marketing Manager to lead Visa’s institutional communication, developing insightful 360 campaigns.
  • The professional will work closely with the regional and global marketing teams, agency partners and internal areas and stakeholders to ensure effective brand and performance communication.
  • Essential Functions
  • Lead the institutional and mass Visa communications
  • Activate global, regional and local sponsorships as FIFA, Olympics, VCARB, Team Liquid, Nossa Arena, etc.
  • Collaborate with the solutions team developing product campaigns (ex: Click to Pay, Visa Voucher, etc).
  • Work closely with the Insights Team understanding key targets for Visa (Gen Z, Gen Alpha, SMBs, etc).
  • Manage Visa Causas, Visa's Social platform, working closely with the institutions improving Visa's reputation.
  • Track the brand health and measure campaigns effectiveness.
  • This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
  • Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
  • Proven experience managing large brands or working in advertising agencies.
  • Leadership skills, project management capabilities, and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • People leadership experience.
  • Embraces change and demonstrate agility in a dynamic environment, recognizing the importance of ongoing evolution and innovation for business success.
  • Spanish knowledge would be a plus.
