• Accountabilities
• Uncover and understand technical integration requirements and business objectives.
• Align partner requirements with platform capabilities.
• Design and architect solutions leveraging the Management APIs.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to partners.
• Lead proof-of-concept implementations and integration pilots.
• Work with Product and Engineering to prioritize product improvements.

• Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, API Integration, or similar roles.
• Experience with integration platforms and API management tools.
• Familiarity with web application development and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for bridging technical concepts.
• Well-organized technical storyteller with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading partner-facing technical engagements.
