• This role is responsible for managing Payments Acceptance and Experience
• initiatives, to drive increase in payments performance while looking after the
• cost of payments working alongside internal and external stakeholders. This role
• is required to serve as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations and managing
• Payments' partners and internal clients. It is critical that the candidate is
• able to successfully communicate internally across teams and externally with
• partners, both written and verbally.
• The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a
• fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. The candidate must
• be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of Amazon's varied payment
• offerings as well as the behavior of Amazon's internal systems. The candidate
• needs to be be analytical in their decision making, with the demonstrated
• ability to drive issues to completion and have a passion for supplying their
• clients with data. Basic Qualifications: - Solid Program or project management
• experience
• - Advanced to fluent in English
• - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating
• results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications: - Driving process
• improvements experience
• - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult
• education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
