- This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data to drive strategic decisions across a global product platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve product performance, user experience, and business outcomes. The position involves analyzing experiments, building scalable data models, and deploying machine learning solutions to optimize product features. You will contribute to shaping product strategy while mentoring stakeholders on best practices for experimentation and data interpretation. - Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features across multiple markets.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models to create single sources of truth for core product metrics.
- Build and deploy machine learning models (e.g., fraud detection, user segmentation) to enhance product quality and performance.
- Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs, prioritize features, and measure the impact of product launches.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex product areas, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of product health and user behavior.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, accessibility, and proper tracking for new features.
- Mentor stakeholders in data interpretation, experimentation, and best practices.
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role, preferably in FinTech or B2C/B2B SaaS.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data modeling principles (e.g., Kimball, relational modeling) and tools like dbt.
- Strong knowledge of designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing) and statistical inference.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models using Python/R and libraries such as scikit-learn.
- Ability to translate technical insights into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, global environments across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for dashboard development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
