Maintain a consistent posting cadence and candidate flow; complete timely follow-ups. *Requirements: *Active employer account on Indeed, LinkedIn, or ZipRecruiter (required). *Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. *Metrics-driven, self-managed, and deadline-reliable. *(Leadership Track) Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters is a plus.
