• THE ROLE IN BRIEF
• QIMA’s Food Division is offering a 6‑month end‑of‑studies internship for ambitious, English‑speaking students eager to combine business strategy, project management, and hands‑on factory experience in the heart of Brazil or India.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting the deployment of a new operations IT system.
• Analyzing and optimizing day‑to‑day operational processes.
• Working closely with the BI/AI team to introduce new technology features that boost efficiency.
• Assisting in data collection, process documentation, and user training during system rollout.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement workflow improvements.
• This unique role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, technology, and the food industry in a truly international environment.
• Qualifications
• PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
• We are looking for a final-year student in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ready to join us for a 6‑month internship.
• Fluency in English is required.
• You are curious by nature, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a team environment.
• An interest in operational efficiency or mergers & acquisitions will be an additional asset.
