  • What you'll do
  • The Services Operations Intern will be a foundational member of the Global Analytics and Insights team, providing critical operational support and assisting in the data analysis that drives efficiency for our Professional Services, Adoption Consulting, and Docusign University internal customers. This entry-level role is designed to build core skills in business analysis and reporting, enabling the successful execution of routine operational processes and projects. This person will learn how to translate operational data into tangible business insights, working closely with mentors from the Global Services Operations organization.
  • This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Services Operations Analytics & Insights.
  • Responsibility
  • Assist the team in creating, maintaining, updating, and distributing operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track team performance
  • Partner with different internal teams to support on defining metrics and processes to measure impact on customer outcome from company initiatives
  • Connect with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, get requirements and design data-driven analysis to support Services goals
  • Collect, validate, and organize data sets from various internal systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouses) for use in standard reports and analysis
  • Learn, document, and follow existing standard operational processes, tooling, and ways of working to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Services organization
  • Complete simple, structured, and routine project assignments related to process improvement, data cleanup, or tool configuration, following clear direction from the Manager
  • Job Designation
  • Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
  • Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign.   • What you bring
  • Basic
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Preferred
  • Strong interest in analytics, data-driven decision-making, business operations and process improvement
  • Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation (e.g., XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional logic)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and internal stakeholders
  • Prior academic or project experience utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Prior academic or project experience using SQL, Python, R or any programming language to interpret data
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
