MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- * 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business
- strategy, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

- * Experience with SA360 or search advertising or sales or product strategy in
- traditional or digital advertising.
- * Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and expertise in translating product
- offerings into, sales-facing value propositions in line with customer

- drive progress across multiple workstreams, thrive and exercise judgment in a

- * Excellent problem-solving, strategic/investigative capabilities, and track

- communication skills to present complex concepts to various audiences.
ABOUT THE JOB
- The Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Team, is tasked with accelerating and defending
- LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of
- products, tools and program best practices.
- In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enabling
- critical product adoption and future-proofing the AMER business. In this role,
- you will deliver on the core product go-to-market remit which include designing
- and deploying regional activation programs, providing thought leadership on
- product activation and execution, and nurturing and advancing third-party (3P)
- ecosystems, agencies and industry groups.
- The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and
- ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting
- go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against
- the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as
- well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are
- analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 +
- bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
- location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
- additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
- education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary

RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Lead strategic projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating
- model and support long-term business priorities.
- * Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product OKRs and
- activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance systems to
- diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
- * Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that
- meet our business objectives; influence Global stakeholders to build
- solutions for regional needs.
- * Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends,
- insights and intelligence to support decision-making and activation.
- * Oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization-wide
- strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
