JOB DESCRIPTION Organizar e limpar o local de trabalho; Participar do diálogo diário de segurança e produtividade (DDSP); Orientar equipes e distribuir atividades de trabalho; Monitorar o desenvolvimento de projetos; Analisar viabilidade de produção de um novo produto; Definir métodos e processos de produção; Analisar relatórios e registros de produção; Dimensionar capacidade de produção; Otimizar processos de produção; Implantar novos métodos e processos (usinagem, soldagem , montagem); Monitorar pontos críticos dos processos; Definir padrões de produção e montagem; Monitorar padrões de qualidade do processo; Elaborar relatórios e controlar indicadores da qualidade; Analisar causas de não conformidades; Implementar ações preventivas e corretivas; Acompanhar prazos de produção; Acompanhar e analisar a realização dos testes em ferramentas, válvulas, equipamentos e instrumentos.
